It’s just a weird feeling that Kel called me at 11:45pm and asked me where I was. Now, I am at the receiving end of what I used to tell them. I said, “Hey, I have friends too and I can go out too, can’t I?” Lol. That tells me that I can never stay out late anymore because the kids are not used to not seeing mommy at home. It also shows how Kel is indeed a caring person.
Man, for a few seconds there, I actually felt like Kel was my dad with the non-stop questions he had… 🙂
I realized that, because he had just come back from Montreal, he purposely stayed up to wait for me to be home. As soon as he heard the door, he came up and asked where I had been then he pretended to be hungry and just picked up a pack of cookies to eat. :))
I was smiling deep inside. Always nice to know someone cares.
